After living in San Diego for over 20 years, and finally retiring, we moved to the Big Island of Hawaii. Andrea set it up so that we had a lovely condo to rent while looking for our new Hawaiian home, which worked out very well. We’d spent time working on our criteria and which areas were appealing to us while looking around a bit on our own during visits before our move. Unlike too many realtors, Andrea took the time to really understand our needs and life style, resulting in our first excursion with her out looking at properties finding the perfect condo. We fell in love with the property and location and before we knew it we were moving in.
